B—01 / CNC TUBE BENDING
We evaluate CNC-controlled tube bending projects together with material, section, wall thickness, geometry, tooling and verification requirements.

Subject to geometry, material and tooling review.
Inspection is selected to match project requirements.
01 / TECHNICAL SCOPE
Feasibility is reviewed using outside diameter, wall thickness, material, centerline radius, bend angles, straight lengths and rotation between bends.
Requests in stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and brass are assessed part by part. A material name alone does not constitute production approval.
In sourcing terminology, similar work may be called CNC pipe bending. Our technical review follows the supplied tube or pipe standard, outside diameter and wall thickness rather than treating tube and pipe as interchangeable terms.
02 / INTEGRATED FLOW
Where required, cutting, CNC bending, end forming, machined fittings, fixtures, laser welding, oxy-fuel welding or brazing can be connected within one production plan.
Process controls may include product-specific gauges, fork gauges, Hexagon CMM measurement and CAD comparison by 3D scanning.
T—01 / TECHNICAL REVIEW
Share the drawing, material, diameter, wall thickness and quantity so the suitable manufacturing route can be reviewed.
