S—02 / RAIL SYSTEMS

Project-based tube and profile solutions for rail applications.

We review drawing-defined rail tube and profile components through material, section, geometry, joining, installation interfaces and verification requirements.

01 / TECHNICAL REVIEW

Long parts and interface geometry require coordinated planning.

Material, section, wall thickness, bend or rolling radius, straight allowances, mounting interfaces and transport constraints are considered together.

Potential scopes can include routed equipment tubes, handrail or guard geometry and formed profile components; each request remains subject to drawing-based feasibility and project approval.

02 / MANUFACTURING ROUTE

The process chain is selected for the actual part.

MM / S—02 / 02 Millimeters Matter® Every connection belongs to a measurable flow.

Cutting, CNC tube bending, profile rolling, end forming, joining, machining and inspection are included only where the design requires them.

  • Tube or profile section and material
  • Bend radii, arc lengths and straight allowances
  • Mounting and joining interfaces
  • Inspection and documentation expectations

T—01 / TECHNICAL REVIEW

Share the rail-project component requirements.

We will review geometry, material, process sequence and inspection expectations without assuming sector approval.
