Company / three generations in tube bending
Craftsmanship rooted in experience, guided by today’s engineering discipline.
Beformet’s manufacturing heritage dates back to 1975, when the first generation began building expertise through two branches of the family. Founded in Bornova, İzmir in 2009, Beformet carries that experience forward today through advanced manufacturing technologies, a people-first culture and a disciplined approach to quality.
A manufacturing culture developed through two separate branches led by Ali İhsan Kulpedin and Feridun Güventürk.
The second-generation company founded by Erol Kulpedin in Bornova, İzmir.
A new era carrying the family’s manufacturing culture forward through digitalization, traceability and continuous improvement.

Manufacturing capabilities / process set
From precision tube bending to integrated metal manufacturing.
Prototyping is an integral part of how we collaborate, extending across the cutting, bending, forming, joining, machining and verification steps relevant to each product and project.

01CNC tube bending solutions
CNC-controlled bending for metal tubes with outside diameters from Ø4.76 to 79 mm.
For suitable applications, the minimum centerline bend radius is 1D (CLR = tube outside diameter). Feasibility is determined by technical review according to material, geometry and tooling conditions.View technical details
02Tube end forming
We perform tube-end forming operations in-house for the connection and assembly requirements defined in the technical drawing.
Form, dimensions and process sequence are determined according to the part requirements.View technical details
03Tube and profile rolling
With our CNC-controlled three-roll machine, we can roll-bend tubes and profiles of different diameters, dimensions and sections to meet project-specific radii.
Feasible radii are determined by technical review based on material, section, wall thickness and machine capacity. Stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, aluminum and brass.View technical details
04CNC fiber laser cutting
We perform sheet-metal cutting operations in-house on our CNC fiber laser cutting machine.
Programming and machine control with CypCut.
Representative technical visual05Laser welding
We perform laser welding operations in-house according to part geometry and project requirements.
Process parameters are determined according to the material, joint geometry and technical requirements.
06Turning operations and production tools
Production of complementary parts on lathes, plus the design of project-specific dies, inspection fixtures and welding fixtures.
Production tools are also manufactured in-house.
07Oxy-fuel welding & brazing
We apply oxy-fuel welding and brazing methods in-house to join tube and metal components.
The method and process parameters are determined according to the material, joint geometry and technical requirements.
Representative technical visual08Hose testing infrastructure
We can perform testing operations for hose products in-house.
The test method, connection setup and acceptance criteria are determined according to the product’s technical requirements and customer specifications.View technical details
Quality & traceability
Measurable quality, traceable manufacturing.
We perform essential in-process checks on tube products with fork gauges and product-specific inspection fixtures, supported by dimensional verification on a Hexagon CMM. We use 3D scanning to compare manufactured parts against their solid CAD models. We also maintain dedicated testing infrastructure for hose products.
