01 / INSPECTION METHODS

The method follows the feature being verified.

Tube process checks can use fork gauges and product-specific fixtures. Dimensional verification may be supported by Hexagon CMM measurement.

3D scanning is used to compare a manufactured part with its CAD solid model when appropriate to the project.

02 / LOT TRACEABILITY

Records connect the route from incoming material to shipment.

MM / Q—01 / 02 Millimeters Matter® Every lot leaves a verifiable trail.

Barcode-based lot records support backward and forward traceability across material receipt, production, inventory and shipment.

T—01 / TECHNICAL REVIEW
